The Receptionist receives, welcomes and directs clients appropriately, both at the front desk and via the multi-line phone system. 

This role also provides administrative support and manages the reception area in a professional manner.

On-site position Coyol, Alajuela.

Requerimientos

Education: 

Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education Desirable with University studies in Business Administration or similar career.

Experience: 

At least 3 years of experience in customer service and administrative tasks.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong telephone communication skills and email etiquette.

English Level: 

Proficiency of English language B2+ level
