12 months contract

A Senior Supplier Engineer addresses challenges related to the business continuity of our suppliers. We also seek opportunities that may lead to cost reductions and increased savings for both BSC and our suppliers. This, in turn, contributes to the overall quality of the products our customers receive.

Supports the execution of the Supplier Quality Program at the Costa Rica site. Works cross-functionally to support new product development, acting as the primary representative for global sourcing activities in new product development projects.
Leads initiatives and provides daily support for material products, supplier manufacturing processes, and feasibility projects. Influences, coordinates, and drives efforts to achieve production goals.

Necessary requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.

Experience: 5+ year in similar engineering positions

English Level: B2

Skills: Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding
