Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- English 70-80%
- IT or technical recruitment knowledge is a plus.
