This role will function as a business analyst within the HR Analytics team. In this role, you will define requirements for new report solutions, support existing report solutions, become engrained in HR data, and get insight into how HR evaluates organizational health.

Necessary requirements:

Education: bachelor degree is required, but preferred degrees include: Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication, or Human Resources

Experience: 
Experience working in data and analytics preferred, HR industry experience

English Level: B2+
